Week 15: Social Media Campaign, Sound, Importing

Firstly, we worked on the Concept Development (CPD) final VIVA and showcased our concept, ideas and work progress regarding our capstone project. Since we proposed our own capstone project, we have to come up with our own management and requirements.
To include my work progress that I felt was too raw to include in the slides, one of it is that I have tested the status of the platypus in our Unity file but it got overwritten by the Unity collab due to an error in our app's user interface. The platypus is able to animate when I imported it as an fbx from Maya, which is a good thing but the textures are different as I exported the textures as Unity Standard texture while the Unity project uses the ProBuilder texture in Unity. I might need to re-export my textures from substance painter to get rid of the texture error that creates a default bright pink textures for the platypus in Unity instead.
I also made use of pocket polly to do the ending scene narration which will work along with the speech voice recognition feature and the subtitles that will be present during the AR feature. I have already found the required tutorials but I am currently waiting for my teammate to complete her part so that I do not accidentally overwrite her work.
We worked on our social media campaign slides for Social Media & Branding (SMB) assignment 2 as well during this week.
I worked on the proposal areas which includes our S.M.A.R.T objectives, social media strategy outline, and value proposition. This also allowed me to share our social media profiles for our studio which are on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Pinterest. I generated a QR code for each of our social media profiles so that it is easier for people viewing the presentation to follow our accounts with their phones.
