Taking Wonderscope and our lecturer's book, "Big Inu & Little Ani" as inspiration, I brought up an idea to my team to do an Augmented Reality (AR) app for storybooks that is intended to be interactive for children learning to read. We decided to come up with our own story with the help of our lecturer, Ms Anita and print out a storybook of our own. Our app will consist of features such as speech recognition to help children with their reading and pronunciation.
I have created a google form for our personas to fill in at their own convenience and compiled the questions with my teammates in regards to our storybook and app.

Our google form's very first section is tied with their personal information and the basic information we want to know about them. It helps with the demographics portion of our persona and is applicable to both persona we have decided to interview for our project. This includes name, picture, age, occupation, hobbies.

We take note of the devices our target audience usually use by asking this question and added images for accurate representation of the options given.
We wanted to take note of their preferences too, thus questions about the favourite is asked.
To understand the suitable platform, we asked about the platform of books they prefer and commonly utilise.
To research about our app aspect, we asked about their favourite children's app.
To research about our app's AR feature, we ask about their experience with AR features on apps. VR is included in our app due to common apps with gyroscope feature.

We do want to understand more about our user persona, thus we asked about the expectations of our storybook and app.
Questions about our target audience is asked to make confirmation of our app's feasibility and the features we need to take note of.

We gave them pictures of children storybook covers to understand which art direction should our book take so that it will be able to appeal to young children learning to read.

Requesting a quote that represent our user persona.
