Masque-raid's
CheckToday
CheckToday is a COVID-AR mobile application that takes in the COVID measures in Singapore into consideration. It is intended to encourage users to comply with the COVID'19 measures such as social distancing and wearing masks when you're out of the house. Our markers are placed at different areas depending on which measure matters the most at that area.

Features require the use of an AR marker which our users will only encounter when they step out of the house. We mixed gamification and AR filters into our application to make it more appealing and entertaining to our target audience so that they will stick to completing our checklist of COVID measures, the main appeal of our application.
Masque-raid is a pair of students who are both developers and designers in Ngee Ann Polytechnic that aims to help the general public facing the COVID situation remember and comply with the new COVID measures that people are possibly not used to in their lifestyle.

My role in Masque-raid is both a programmer and designer as me and my partner designed the AR markers, logo and UI features from scratch. I did the programming for each checklist feature which includes taking a selfie, playing a simple mini game, a face AR filter as well as indicating a 1m apart AR tape.
